Feel free to use these sprites for your game or any other project, commercial or noncommercial, with no charge to you, just be sure to give credit to me (MillionthVector) in the credits or somewhere in your game, thanks!

faction2 and 3 are just amazingReplyDelete
Hey, I'm actually building a game at the moment. (I'm doing it by myself, so it may take awhile).Delete
I'll make sure to post here when progress is nearly complete. Thanks for the awesome sprites dude, they're absolutely amazing.
Awesome! Can't wait to see it!Delete
MillionthVector this stuff is phenomenal :p I actually have a favor to ask, Do you do commissions or are you open to contributing unique work to a game I'm making? I tried making spaceships and stations myself but alas to no avail, I'm better at background stuff and planets/moons/galaxies :p Anyway if you interested send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org :)Delete
Thank you very much for your comment, unfortunately I can't do anything at this time, I'm kind of busy with a few projects right now, sorry about that.
Android Game Download: Tekken 3 APK iso - Tekken 5 APK iso - Tekke 6 APK iso Fighting Gama DownloadDelete
Most of them are pixel art I think.
Do You possibly do 3D models for any of those?
I ask because if You do, than it would be awesome to render normal maps. Than in top down game with simple bump mapping those would react with light sources for great effect.
O Yea. You do 3D models. Silly Me. :)Delete
Hmmm hadn't thought of that, thanks for the suggestion, I should remember to do that for future ones, thanks.Delete
No problem. I would love to see the results.Delete
I never had the time to prepare normal-maps for anything else than asteroids, and all my ships are pixel art, so I resigned from implementing bump-mapping just for asteroids.
If You happen to post one ship with normal-maps than I'll definitely use it to implement bum-mapping.
New faction released with normal maps.Delete
Damn You. Now I have to get to work on bump-mapping. :)Delete
One note though.
If you prepare normal-maps then ship image should be rendered without light source, or with light source somewhere around vertical axis. For the lighting on ship to be uniform on sides.
Great work! Thanks.
Awesome sprites, I used them for my game making class, ill post the executable this week so you can play it. Credits I put your handle, awesome work! DeraldReplyDelete
Thanks! I appreciate it!Delete
Thanks Man! Great Work!ReplyDelete
Glad to be of assistance, thanks for your comment.ReplyDelete
epic ships!!! im trying to remake them in Blender for a spacegame im going to make when i finsh my game programing class il make shour you will be under as the modelerReplyDelete
Thank you, I'm glad you found them helpful. If you re-make them as 3D models you don't have to include me as the modeler.Delete
I'm developing a HTML5 2D multiplayer space game for learning programming and am using your sprites :) Take a look:
http://img4.picload.org/image/opodpri/tor.jpg // I even modified your station sprite into a jump gate! Finally got rid of my fucking boring circle :) Couldn't find any free jump gate sprite on the net, so this is fine for now.
I especially love your red faction6 ships. They strongly remind me of the game "Gratuitous Space Battles". This game has the best spaceship sprites i ever saw. Take a look and hold your socks:
The game has different factions and many different ship classes - from tiny fighters up to huge destroyers. If you decide to make more free ship sprites, take the sprites of Gratuitous Space Battles as your main inspiration. They rock!
Oh and by the way: Can you resave the first faction6 ship? It's blurred, like you vertically resized it 1 pixel.
And i wanted to ask: How to credit you? It would be more helpful if you would release your stuff under a license. The first choice is Creative Commons. There you can decide what can be done with the stuff and what not and people always must credit you. :)
Here is the address of my game, if you want to take a closer look at how awesome your sprites make it look:
Keep up the work! Please, haha :p
Yes the Gratuitous Space Battles graphics are quite amazing, these ships are actually partially inspired by them.Delete
As per your request I have sharpened and re-uploaded the big faction 6 spaceship, odd, it did seem a bit blurrier than the rest.
As for credit, just put a mention of MillionthVector somewhere.
I tried your game out, it seems like a really good game, amazing job on it so far!
> As per your request I have sharpened and re-uploaded the big faction 6 spaceship, odd, it did seem a bit blurrier than the rest.ReplyDelete
Hmm... No, you have to resave it from the original source (3D model?). Now one can see that it's sharpened - it's not better, the flaw is just a different one now. Compare the ship to the others, you clearly see the sharpening on all lines. :)
> As for credit, just put a mention of MillionthVector somewhere.
Yeah, well... You know, the problem is that people who use your free sprites can't feel save (from lawyers) because you as the creator can always withdraw your permission any time you want. That's not possible when you release your free stuff under a free license as the license at release or when one downloaded your stuff counts. And you're as safe with it as without - it's just better for people who use it. Of course if you want it like that, that's your right. It just makes it very unsafe to use your stuff, but if that's your wish, then it's ok. Also, you don't write if one is allowed to redistribute modified versions of your ships (while still crediting you)... You know it's all complicated and unsave without a license.
That's why i recommended Creative Commons. It is in fact Copyright, but you as a creator have much more freedom to choose and decide what is allowed and what now. Plus it gives people safety. Here for example, the CC BY-SA license: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ (SA = ShareAlike, it means that people must release modifications under the same or a almost identical license, you can even combine that with NC, which prohibits a commercial use and other stuff). The sense of CC is to make Copyright easy (readable for non lawyers) while being save. It's widely used on the internet and offline by all kinds of artists! :)
Hmm, I'll have to see what I can do about the spaceship, not sure why it came out blurry in the first place.Delete
But I have done what you suggested with the license, and released it with a CC-by license.
Okay tried re-rendering from the original 3D source file, is it better now?Delete
Also there's a good site for free and open material, where you could upload your free sprites (only with a license though): http://opengameart.org/ All of the stuff there can be used for private use any almost everything even commercially, it only depends on which license you as the creator choose. This makes it perfectly clear to people what they are allowed to and everyone can feel save. :)ReplyDelete
I do notice you have posted them for me, thank you!Delete
Did you make top down humans, humanoids, droids, aliens ?ReplyDelete
No, I don't usually do a lot of organic modeling, the closest thing I have done to that is kinda an isometric 'space soldier' that is available if you download a program called 'game develop'.Delete
http://vk.com/app3617454_-54117519 my game. Can i use your ships?ReplyDelete
Of course, they are released under a CC-by license, so just be sure to put attribution somewhere, thanks!Delete
You rock man. Thanks very much. I am using your free sprites in a game. I will put attribution in credits and I will give you the link to see the game. Your work is amazing!!!!ReplyDelete
Alright, thanks! I'm glad you found these sprites useful to you.Delete
Hey hey :)ReplyDelete
Your Faction6 spaceships are finally fine! I wanted to pack them now, but you gotta resave the normalmap as here still the old one is listed. It's a bit bigger than the actual ship image.
Or wait, i just resized the normalmap. I was worries that it blurrs but it's fine and as sharp as the other normalmaps. :)Delete
Will upload your faction6 pack to OpenGameArt now.
Someone asked about the 3D model files of the ships. What should i reply? I guess all ships with normalmaps are originally 3D, aren't they? Want to release them, too?ReplyDelete
Also, take a look at this: http://opengameart.org/content/faction7-spaceship-att5-3d Someone modelled your faction7 ships in a simpler variation. :)
Oh and by the way, your Captchas are pretty tough... Ugh. 4. try now. :(
Hmm, the thing with releasing the 3D models of the ships is that they were made primarily to be rendered from above, many of them are garbage from just about any other angle, to give you an example of what I mean, I rendered one of the ships from the sides:Delete
That's neat people like the ships enough to make them in 3D, thanks for that link. :D
Sorry about the Captchas, I don't know if there's anything I can do about them though.
Never-mind, I just found out how to turn them off.Delete
Someone created a game with your sprites. :)ReplyDelete
Oh, wow, neat! Thanks for the link.Delete
And mine also uses one of the newest ships. A fuckin great corvette (small destroyer) with 5 cannons. So awesome :) Hahaha! I want huge and strong destroyer ships in the later game with like 10 or 20 weapons for epic battles. :3 Only playable by CEOs (guild/clan owners) for balancing reasons though.Delete
By the way, got an e-mail address for me? I made some screenshots of ships from X3 Terran Conflict, which i'm playing at the moment. For your inspiration. :)Delete
This is, by the way, how the normalmaps could look in HTML5 2D: http://normalmap.bonsaiheld.org/ Move the mouse to change the light. I can encourage anyone to try the normalmaps, it's just an awesome effect. Imagine lasers and other stuff flying by and showing their lights. :D The code of the light.js used may be very messy, so i don't know if this possible with higher performance. At me a whole game in 2D Canvas would lag like hell. But in 3D mode it should be always fine. :) And yeah, since one can make 2D games in 3D mode too...ReplyDelete
That's quite interesting, a tad laggy even using a semi-decent (but somewhat old) graphics card, but it looks like it's 3D. Would love to see a game made with the normal maps. :DDelete
I might try to include this better light.js in my game somehow... :))) Gotta play around with it and check if that is possible and still runs smooth. The whole process of this is very resource hungry because in 2D canvas this is done with plain pixel manipulation, so by iterating through every single pixel of a whole image, instead of a simple (texture) layer like it would be in 3D Canvas/WebGL mode. :/ I doubt that it will run smooth in my game because of so many particles at the same time. In those demos it's only one single light source...Delete
Tried the new demo out, it looks really nice, hope you get it working, I'd love to see it.Delete
I use some of your free sprites for my first little PC game, only for private fun and to learn how to do. Most of your sprites and models looks great. One of my favorites is the Giant Submarine, unbelievable! So thank you for your work and to have it for free. And if you don't know what to do :-) - I'm still searching for some large (width) ships (maybe 600 x 200 pixels) for the final boss fights. But no problem, if you are not interested. I think, it is always a lot of work for you. (And sorry for my bad english).ReplyDelete
I'm glad you found the free sprites useful, unfortunately I'm not doing any more ship sprites at this time. Maybe you'll be able to find what you need on OpenGameArt or another website for now.Delete
Thanks for your comment.
Thank you for the fast reply. I had a first look on OpenGameArt, but the good ships here are all from you. So I have to say it again: very good job. And for now I will use some colored rectangles for testing boss fights :-)Delete
MillionthVecor, I've finally completed my app. I've used quite a few of your space ships.ReplyDelete
The game is called Math Raptor. Thanks a lot!!
Awesome, thanks for letting me know. Looks like it would be great for math practice.Delete
Olala! You have just made my life as an indie developer much easier and brighter!! Thank you so much!!!ReplyDelete
I'm glad you find them useful, thanks for your comment.Delete
Hey! I'm using your sprites in my mod for the most excellent space 4X game ever, Distant Worlds Universe. I recouloured them purple really easy to reflect the faction colour they are used in. Good job! Thanks! :) Here's the link to the mod: http://www.moddb.com/mods/the-eva-matriarchyReplyDelete
Thank you, I appreciate your sharing that, your mod looks neat BTW.Delete
thank you for releasing this amazing work under CC! I'm working on space board game prototype and spent hours of unsuccessful work by trying to draw something like this. Now I can aim to game rules. Is it possible to get those pictures in better resolution? If not it is okay - it's just a prototype so I can use these ones anyway.
I still have some of the files, I could possibly render out about 10 or so for you if I still have the ones you want, you can email me at email@example.com if you wish.Delete
These are amazing... I feel like some kind of vandal when I shrink them down for my game. So, of course, now everything is ridiculously big :)ReplyDelete
Haha, thanks. They are sorta meant to be shrunk down, for some of them I made them kinda big so there would be extra resolution for those that needed it.Delete
Hmm, one of my browser add-ons is telling me I may get viruses if I click that link, any chance you could upload a screenshot to imagur or something?ReplyDelete
Ah, I think the add-on works by domain, so if other people use the same site to upload viruses it will trigger. Thanks for the screenshots, it's always nice to see how the sprites are being used. Nice work on the game!ReplyDelete
I think that these sprites (mainly the ship ones) are really cool!ReplyDelete
Just so you know, I am using some of the ship sprites for custom ships in Beat Hazard.
Also, would you be able to make some more ships for Faction 5?
Thank you, I'm glad you found them useful, however, I'm not doing more at this time, sorry.Delete
Hi there, i want to thank you for your awsome work, i used some of your sprites in my android game. here's the linkReplyDelete
Looks like a neat game you have there, thanks for the link, I love seeing how the sprites are used.Delete
Thanks a lot and here's the link for a free version of the game, i would like to know what do you think about the gameplay ,thanks again and keep up the good work.Delete
Unfortunately I don't own any devices I can play it on.Delete
These rare great. Thanks MillionthVector. When I use these I will be sure to give you credit and let you know about the gameReplyDelete
Thanks, I'd appreciate that. :)Delete
MAN, AWESOME!!!! I'm making a scroller game. Spaceship shooter usin your sprites. They are really free, right? I'll give you the credits because they are the BEST. Beautiful, clean. You have a good taste. Just for you to know. I'm not using because they are free. I'm using because I foud them the best of all. After all set up I tried to find who made them and... Guess what? they are free!!!!!! Don't worry, my game is also free. I'll let you know when it's done.ReplyDelete
Haha, thank you very much, I'm glad you like them, thanks for your comment.Delete
WOW!!! You also have the space station... THANK YOU!!!!ReplyDelete
Once again, thank you for sharing. Bookmarked.ReplyDelete
Hey man - this is awesome work! I am trying to draw my own spaceships and would like to know what program you use to draw them and do you have tips for drawing? Thanks dude.ReplyDelete
Hello Rick, thank you very much!Delete
Most of the sprites here were created with Blender3D, although sometimes I create ship sprites using Krita or Gimp. Generally when I draw sprites with Krita or Gimp I start with a black background and draw on one half, then mirror the result. For the Blender sprites I generally start with making the basic shape, adding detail then duplicate and modify for the rest of the ships in a series.
I hope this helps, if you have any more questions, let me know. :)
Nice work! If you wouldn't mind, I think I'd like to use a few in a contest I'm participating in(allows for open source images). I'd give you credit of course :-)ReplyDelete
Thank you! Sure, they're released under the CC-by 4.0 license, so there's very few restrictions on their use if you give credit.Delete
I make games as both a hobby and as a gift to my kids (they are involved in the making but mostly for the playing, and they wanted a space game this time)
Will credit you for sure, appreciate this since I am not an artist!
Awesome, thanks for letting me know, I love to hear from people who use the sprites, thanks!Delete
Man this took longer than i thought... But i finished the game! Built almost entirely out of your sprites! lolDelete
Cheers you the man! Come recognize the sprites lol
Wow, that looks like quite a nice game. Major congratulations and respect to you for sticking with the same project for so long, about a year and a half at least, judging by the length of time in between comments. Really amazing!Delete
WOW! awesome work dude! My eyes went like O_O when I seen your stuff Haha I know you have a lot of free spritesReplyDelete
for people to use but do you take request for other work to be done? Maybe if people gave you credit and like a
free copy of the game they are making or something. Anyways great work and thanks for your time ;)
Thank you very much for your comment, I appreciate it. Unfortunately I have a lot of non-graphics stuff to do lately and haven't been taking any recent requests though.Delete
My name is MAGAR (Marino Garcìa), I am a programmer and have the idea of a game for mobile devices to market, I look wonderful your sprites, I wonder if I can use, of course giving you full credit for your art, and if sold making you part of some profit percentage.
Thanks, I'm glad you like my sprites. The sprites are released under the CC-by 4.0 license, which essentially means they are free for just about anything, even for commercial use, just as long as credit is given.Delete
More info about the license here: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
Hey I have used many of your free sprites in my android game. I have credited you in game. Thank you for this wonderful assets.ReplyDelete
Here is the link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aj.asteroidsurvivor
I appreciate your comment, thanks! I'm glad you found the sprites useful. I congratulate you on your game, it looks like quite a nice game, well done.Delete
Thank you. Btw, your artistic skills are getting better day by day. Keep up the good work.Delete
This comment has been removed by the author.ReplyDelete
The artwork in my first game was no were near as nice as this. I believe that no matter how awesome you program AI you need to leave a good first impression and a good first appearance on the audience and this artwork is just perfect to meet that demand. The normal maps are a nice touch as I can add 3D lighting.Delete
I will post a link to my second game here when I'm finished.
Awesome! Thanks for all your kind words, can't wait to see what you've made. :)Delete
These are all beautiful!!! Thank you so much!!!ReplyDelete
Thank you, I'm glad you like them. :)Delete
I used your faction 2 ships in my game. I'll be using your other factions later as well
I've credited you.
Thank you so much for the great artwork!
I'm glad they could be of use to you, nice game, the laser beams looked especially nice.Delete
Just wanting to leave this link for you. Ended up using a few of your ships for a school project =)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57ifTIHJoY0 (linked back here in the video description)
Really nice, especially for a game created in 24 hours, thanks for the link.Delete
I used your faction` ships in my game. I'll be using your other factions later as well if u don't mind
I will credit you in game as a designer :) thanks 4 the images.. THese images are amazing..
Thank you, thanks for taking the time to post a message as well, appreciate it. :DDelete
Hello MillionthVector! I am using your sprites to build a space-arcade game and I would like to talk with you privately. I have little questions to ask. Can you give me a contact information?ReplyDelete
Sure, my email is landof3d(at)hotmail.com, I look forward to hearing from you.Delete
So many space shooter games are made using your graphic assets. I have published my first game on Google play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ipspacemission.game.android. If it wasn't for your work, I don't think I would have ever finished making this game. Thanks a lot for your free sprites!ReplyDelete
Looks like a sweet game, nice work. I'm very glad people find my sprites useful. :DDelete
First game using your sprites. Fantastic job and thanks. Even more fantastic with particles added to them. Check it out, your mentioned in the credits.
Awesome! Thanks, nice to see a browser game, most of the games made with the sprites are for iphone, which is fine, I just don't own a smartphone, XDDelete
I just want to say that this is great art! I'm not sure if you know, but your art is on OpenGameArt.org, and it's licensed under the CC-BY 3.0 license, while when I download it, it claims 4.0. I'm assuming you want me to use 4.0, but just to be safe, I will include both in the credits. Do you mind if I include you in a text file distributed with the game that gives credits to everyone else? The title screen of my game will tell people where the file is so everyone can see the credits :)
Again, awesome art, and have a nice day :)
Hi, thank you very much. I'm not too picky about which license you use, just as long as there's credit somewhere it's fine, the text file thing you mentioned is fine too, I appreciate your asking though, thanks!Delete
Awesome! Thank you very much for sharing. :)ReplyDelete
Your graphics has come to life with my new game!!ReplyDelete
We are working on Galactic Mission HD for 5 months. It is arcade type game..
Can be seen from here;
Thanks for your brilliant work!!
Very nice! I appreciate your letting me know, looks like a nice game! Thanks!Delete
You Awesome! ... Amazing VectorReplyDelete
Thank you very much. :DDelete
Could I use these Sprites in an app I want to make?ReplyDelete
Sure, these sprites are licensed under CC_BY, which basically means as long as you put credit to 'MillionthVector' somewhere, you may use these sprites for any purpose, even commercial, for free.Delete
Thank you very much for your hard work. I'll used some of them in a little free shoot'em up i'm making. i'll mentioned MillionthVector in credits of course and post a link in this page when it will be a little playable.ReplyDelete
Alright, appreciate that, thanks!Delete
This is a noob question, but I don't see how to download them unless i want to download each sprite separately.ReplyDelete
Unfortunately I don't have any mass-download option, sorry about that.Delete
super sprites.. thanks a lot..ReplyDelete
Not a problem, glad you like them. :DDelete
Thanks alot MillionthVector, you are inspiring a lot of game programmer, your valuable contribution is wroth more than praising. Please don't quit posting the free sprites, its really important for those who don't have money to buy one. I am making an android spaceship battle game using your sprite and credits definitely goes to you. Thanks more than a lot.ReplyDelete
Thank you very much for your comment. I'm glad you found them useful. Unfortunately I have a couple projects that require my attention, and will require my attention for some time, but I haven't forgotten about my blog or the free sprites just yet.Delete
Thanks for posting all this amazing work it's really appreciated. I'm going to use your faction 3 ships and a few other sprites in my project, it's a space survival game, you have full credit in the credits section of the game.ReplyDelete
Thank you very much!Delete
Im currently working on a game using some of your sprites. thanks so much for them!
is there a way to contact you personally?
Glad you found them useful! Yes, my email is 3DEmpire(at)outlook.com, looking forward to your mail. :)Delete
Your sprites are absolutely amazing.. I will be using them in a game I am about to release, with all credit due to you. Hopefully, I can create a situation where we both benefit tremendously. Your creativity is immense.ReplyDelete
Thank you very much, I would very much like to see what you've made, if it's no trouble.Delete
Sure! If you give me your email address, I will mail you a link and you can test the game out for yourself and tell me what you thinkDelete
That would be awesome! 3dEmpire(at)outlook.com.Delete
It's in the mail! Shoot me an email and tell me what you think. Feel free to criticize, or make suggestions. Also, let me know if you notice any bugs!Delete
I used your ships in a space shooter game. You can play it here:
thanks for your awesome work, your name is visible on the main screen. :)
Not bad, thanks for sharing what you've created with me, I always love seeing the games that are made with the sprites, thanks!Delete
I published Technozomians game:
Your ships are giving life to this game :) I gave my best to make them swift and amusing. It is fascinating how they fit with classical music. Your name and web address is shown in credits each time the new game is started.
Thanks a lot! :)
Awesome! Thank you very much!Delete
Great work! I would love it if you could give us all some lessons ;)ReplyDelete
I'm actually going to be using Faction6 Ships in a mod I am making for Endless-Sky, a free Open Source game on Steam. Ill make sure you get full credit!
Awesome, I actually tried that game once, but it was much too hard for me, XD.Delete
Dude. I love your sprites and I love you. I will use them in a game in the future.ReplyDelete
Thanks! I wish you the best with your game making endeavors.Delete
This is amazing like omg dude you are the best their is no words to describe how kind you are I will be using this in my up in the game I am working on (might take a long time/) but ty so much you dont know how much this means ;) also Im not only credit you but im going to inhert your name and stuff in the game and if you anything else contact me on this facebook page on my up and coming game ( )https://www.facebook.com/AnonymousOfficial22/info/?tab=page_infoReplyDelete
Awesome, I'm happy you like the graphics, I hope they serve you well :)Delete
I have created a free space shooting game which is made in Unity3D for Android Phones and soon for iOS!
Credit is given!
Awesome! Thank you for the links!Delete
Those assets are awesome :)ReplyDelete
Thank you very much!Delete
Thank you and i will create game from this assets Thank you very much :)ReplyDelete
You're very welcome, I hope they serve you well.Delete
Hello, I wanted to say thank you for 1) creating these amazing sprites and 2) for allowing people to use them for free. I am making an IOS Game and wanted to use several of your sprites, is that okay? I will give credit to your artwork of course, is their any specific way you wanted this recognition to appear?ReplyDelete
You're very welcome. Yes, any of the free sprites may be used, I'm not picky about credit, you can pretty much do whatever you want there, the main thing is I like to be credited as "MillionthVector", but that's about it.Delete
I just found your blog and these awesome spaceship arts. Thank you for sharing it for usage! I am developing a space shooter arcade game for Android and I placed some of these designs into it. You are credited in the help page by your name.
The game is in beta phase and you may check it out anytime at
Best regards, keep up the good work!
Cool game, thank you for the credit!Delete
Wow, can you tell me what program you use to make this awesome ships? ;)ReplyDelete
For the majority(if not all) of the ships on this page, the program used is Blender 3D, with a little retouching in Gimp.Delete
Thanks for making these available - they're really great! I've used a few in a little game demo I've been working on. You're credited in the menu screen if you let the music play for a moment. Check it out if you like:ReplyDelete
Not bad, thanks for sharing!Delete
Hi Thanks for creating this nice blog. I love reading your sites.ReplyDelete
Hey buddy how to download ?it's possible?ReplyDelete
To download the images using Firefox, click a sprite, then right click and "Save Image As...". Unfortunatly there's no option to batch download them.Delete
thank for your answer, i just was thinking here somewhere direct link on all sprites. Anyway man great job with sprites! keep it dudeDelete
Thank you so much for taking your time to make these free sprites! I am currently programming a game on an online software called "Scratch" about aliens. Finding good quality shuttles with transparent backgrounds was such a pain! This site was a life-saver! I'm definitely giving you credit in my game, and encouraging players to come here as well. Thanks again!ReplyDelete
This comment has been removed by the author.Delete
Accidentally deleted that one. I said that I'll give a link to my game, "Alien Attackers" once it's finished.Delete
Awesome! I'm so happy my graphics were useful to you, would love to try your game when you're finished with it.Delete
Do you have any relation to the game, Hostile Space?ReplyDelete
Nope, this is the first I've heard of it.Delete
I've found this on Itch.io,
which contains Assets from your collection.
Wow, the creative commons license I applied to this set of graphics probably allows for selling them like that, if credit is given, which I don't see.Delete
I appreciate your bringing this to my attention, but when I started posting these graphics online, I always had some idea they were going to be abused to some degree, I try not to get too involved with it though, but I do thank you for showing me this.
Hello MillionthVector. I am amazed by your work. I'm making a game involving spaceships and I really like your designs. Would it be okay to use some of your designs in my game? I will make sure to give you credits at the "how to play" section. The game is almost done so if you want I could even sent you the android version for you to try. Than you in advance.ReplyDelete
Thank you very much! Anything on either of the "free sprites" pages is totally free to use with credit under the CC-by license, so feel free. Unfortunatly I don't own any android devices with which to play your game though.Delete
Fortunately I have created the game using Unity so I can build it for any platform except for iOS. So I can sent you the pc build of you like. :)ReplyDelete
I have started coding a rogue type scifi game and would love to use your spacecraft,i would credit you in the credits when game is finished. Is it possible to edit the images as well by adding to or deleting parts of your images.
I will send you a version of final game when finished if you want, although its in very early stages and this might take some time as im coding everything myself.
Hi MillionthVector, I'll use your ship sprites for a (really) small game I make for a Unity course. I will send you the link when it'll be done ! :) P.S. Your sprites are really awesome !ReplyDelete
Thanks, awesome! I'm glad they were of use to you.Delete
Hello MillionthVector! Your spaceships are cool, may I use them for a boardgame I will be making? Let me know how should I put your name in the credits :)ReplyDelete
Thanks, sure, the sprites are released under a cc-by license, so feel free to use them for just about anything. Any mention of 'MillionthVector' would be awesome, thank you!Delete
